Companion Bill HB3983. Law Enforcement - Deletes specific population brackets relative to the use of blue flashing emergency lights on official motor vehicles so that reserve or auxiliary deputy sheriffs or reserve or auxiliary police officers would, if authorized by the local sheriff or police chief, be authorized to operate an official motor vehicle that has blue flashing or red flashing emergency lights. - Amends TCA Section 55-9-414.
