Expenditures - Not Significant Bill Summary for HB3859 / *SB3632 Under present law, if there is a material noncompliance by the tenant with the residential rental agreement in a county where the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act ("URLTA") applies, the landlord is authorized to deliver a written notice to the tenant specifying the acts and omissions constituting the breach, and that the rental agreement will terminate 30 days after receipt of the notice unless the tenant cures the situation within 14 days.
