A license may be renewed from year to year. This bill requires any license for a health care facility to become invalid on June 30 following its issuance unless the license is renewed. This bill authorizes a licensee to renew its license within 60 days of the expiration date by paying the renewal fee in addition to a late penalty established by the board for licensing health care facilities;[...]
