Hospitals and Health Care Facilities - Requires the commissioner of health to study the enforcement practices of the board for licensing health care facilities concerning nursing home regulation, the procedures involved in inspections and investigations, and the provision of care for displaced nursing home residents and report to the senate general welfare, health and human resources committee and the house health and human resources committee by February 2, 2009. - Amends TCA Title 68.
