This bill adds a requirement that the prescription issued by a nurse practitioner include the year of issuance, in addition to the month and day of issuance.
NOTE: This bill purports to amend 63-7-123(b)(3)(B), but it appears that this bill actually amends language contained in 63-7-123(b)(3)(C).
