Companion Bill SB4011. Health Care - Enacts the "Tennessee Stroke Registry Act of 2008." - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 1. Fiscal Summary for *HB3903 / SB4011Increase State Expenditures - $520,800/FY09 $350,400/FY10 and Subsequent Years Bill Summary for *HB3903 / SB4011 This bill requires the department of health, through the Tennessee stroke systems task force, to maintain a statewide stroke database that compiles information and statistics on stroke care. The task force would make aggregate data available to the public health community by an annual report. To every extent possible, the task force would coordinate with national voluntary health organizations involved in stroke quality improvement to avoid duplication and redundancy.
