Fiscal Summary for HB3952 / *SB2829Increase State Expenditures - $8,179,500 Bill Summary for HB3952 / *SB2829 Under present law, any unit of government with firefighters who successfully complete an annual in-service training course, appropriate to the firefighter's rank and responsibility and the size and location of the firefighter's department, of at least 40 hours duration is entitled to receive a pay supplement of $600 to be paid to the firefighter in addition to the firefighter's regular salary.
