Fire Prevention and Investigation - Authorizes the fire service and code enforcement academy to accept, for any of its purposes and functions, donations of real and personal property and services and grants of money. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 102, Part 2. Fiscal Summary for *HB4114 / SB4158Other Fiscal Impact - Any donations made to the Fire Academy would increase the amount of state funds available to cover the Academys operational costs. The amount and type of donations that would be received by the Academy is unquantifiable but is estimated to be not significant.
