Fiscal Summary for HB4062 / *SB4089 Increase Local Expenditures - Not Significant Bill Summary for HB4062 / *SB4089 Under this bill, prior to a governmental entity exercising the power of eminent domain primarily for the promotion of economic development by transferring the property to a private party, the entity must have approval from the planning commission of the development plan for the area.
