Lottery, Scholarships and Programs - Changes grade point average required to maintain HOPE scholarship from 3.0 to 2.75, makes students whose eligibility is reviewed at end of 2007-2008 academic year and who have a grade point average of 2.75 or higher eligible for HOPE scholarship. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4, Part 9. Fiscal Summary for *HB4210 / SB4211(CORRECTED) Other Fiscal Impact - Increases the expenditure of lottery proceeds earmarked for scholarships and grants by $17,468,100 in FY08-09 and by $17,816,300 in FY09-10.
