Fiscal Summary for *SB3961 / HB3964 Increase State Expenditures - $1,301,100 FY08-09 $1,391,300 FY09-10 Bill Summary for *SB3961 / HB3964 This bill authorizes every child in Tennessee who is less than 24 years of age, whose parent or grandparent received the Purple Heart, to receive a 25 percent discount on tuition to any state-operated institution of higher learning.
