Fiscal Summary for SB4071 / *HB4029Increase State Expenditures - $197,600/One-Time Bill Summary for SB4071 / *HB4029 This bill creates a pilot program to make laptop computers available to high school juniors and seniors who are also enrolled in college courses at eligible postsecondary institutions. The program would occur no later than August 1, 2008, and would last 12 months. The department of education would administer the pilot program.
