ON APRIL 28, 2008, THE HOUSE SUBSTITUTED SENATE BILL 4008 FOR HOUSE BILL 3923, ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1, AND PASSED SENATE BILL 4008, AS AMENDED.
AMENDMENT #1 prohibits the placement of amber LED lights on vehicles used for driver education and training course for Class D vehicles pursuant to this bill, if such placement is in the driver's line of sight.
