Courts - Requires all courtrooms within the state in which court is held to have a conspicuous notice posted immediately outside the courtroom advising litigants of the existence of the Court of the Judiciary to hear complaints against judges and to provide a process by which appropriate sanctions may be imposed against a judge. - Amends TCA Title 17.
