Planning, Public - Specifies certain types of construction that do not constitute utility construction for purposes of determining when subdivision plats must be submitted to municipal or regional planning commissions for approval. - Amends TCA Title 13, Chapter 3, Part 4 and Title 13, Chapter 4, Part 3. Present law also allows a municipal or regional planning commission to adopt regulations governing the subdivision of land within that municipality or region.
