Companion Bill SB3237. Consumer Protection - Adds the practice of engaging in private parking service using a device to immobilize a vehicle for unauthorized parking and charging a fee to remove such device which is more than twice the fee charged for otherwise authorized parking as a violation of the Consumer Protection Act. - Amends TCA Title 47, Chapter 18, Part 1.
