Companion Bill SB2449. Campaigns and Campaign Finance - Requires registry of election finance when making a finding that a person converted funds to personal use to assess the person the amount the person converted to personal use in addition to other penalties allowed by law; allows registry to convert unpaid civil penalties into civil judgments. - Amends TCA Section 2-10-110.
