Companion Bill HB4070. Animal Control - Increases the number of counties that may adopt ordinances allowing a municipality or county to petition the general sessions court rather than circuit court for the disposition of dangerous dogs that have caused injury or death. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 44.
