Companion Bill SB4156. Welfare - Creates Class A misdemeanor of reporting an accusation of abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, or exploitation of an adult, if the person knows or should know accusation is false; creates Class A misdemeanor of knowingly causing another to report such an accusation if the person knows or should know accusation is false; revises other provisions regarding protection of adults, including provision for the state bearing the cost of a guardian ad litem for an indigent adult. - Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 6, Part 1.
