TennCare - Authorizes bureau of TennCare to institute administrative proceedings against a person, provider, vendor, corporation or any other entity (other than an enrollee, recipient or applicant) for a violation of the provisions governing fraudulent claims; proceeding would be in addition to any other civil or criminal liability that may attach. - Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 5, Part 1, 25 and 26.
