Companion Bill HB4092. Abortion - Authorizes a physician to perform a medical procedure to end a pregnancy, and a woman to undergo such a medical procedure, if the woman is pregnant as a result of rape or incest or if the procedure is necessary to save the woman's life; specifies that prohibited partial birth abortions may not be performed and the existing parental consent requirement applies if the woman is a minor. - Amends amend TCA.
