Present law authorizes healthcare providers to enter into covenants not to compete upon termination or conclusion of the employment or contractual relationship; provided, however, that such authorization does not apply to physicians who specialize in the practice of emergency medicine or radiology.
This bill authorizes physicians who specialize in radiology to enter into covenants not to compete.
