CCS/SB 1068 - This act modifies provisions relating to pharmacies and pharmacists.PHARMACY REBATES FUND This act establishes the Pharmacy Rebates Fund for the purposes of depositing any revenues received by the state from pharmaceutical manufacturer rebates as required by state or federal law for use in the MO HealthNet pharmacy program. SECTION 338.650 This provision is substantially similar to HB 2193 (2008).AUDITS This act establishes procedures for when certain prescribed entities conduct audits of pharmacies. Each entity conducting an audit shall establish an appeals process, lasting no longer than six months, under which a licensed pharmacy may appeal an unfavorable preliminary audit report.
