Hawkins County - Subject to local approval, directs juvenile court judges to hold court two days per week, instead of only one day per week; also increases the salary of juvenile court judges be adjusted to 40 percent of the general sessions judge salary, from 20 percent of such salary. - Amends Chapter 304 of the Private Acts of 1982.
