Divorce, Annulment and Alimony - Redefines "marital property," for purposes of dividing the marital property upon divorce or legal separation, as all property owned or acquired prior to the filing of the complaint for divorce, instead of all property owned or acquired prior to the final divorce hearing. - Amends TCA Section 36-4-121.
