This bill creates a pilot project for the Tennessee Alliance of the Boys and Girls Clubs to provide a Teen Leaders of Tomorrow program to enroll and serve up to 5,000 persons between the ages of 11 and 18 years to help them stay on the right path and become responsible, productive, and caring citizens.
