Fiscal Summary for HB3736 / *SB3255MINIMAL Bill Summary for HB3736 / *SB3255 The Financial Records Privacy Act provides that in all judicial proceedings the reasonable expenses of a financial institution in producing records in response to a subpoena will be taxed as costs, without regard to the amount of any bond, and in all other instances, the issuer of the subpoena must pay the financial institution's reasonable expenses incurred in complying with the subpoena.
