Fiscal Summary for *HB3732Decrease State Expenditures - Not Significant Decrease Local Expenditures - Not Significant Bill Summary for *HB3732 Present law requires the comptroller, in consultation with the Tennessee bureau of investigation (TBI), the Tennessee sheriff's association, the Tennessee association of chiefs of police, and the Tennessee corrections institute, to develop standardized booking procedures that include, among other things, a photograph of the arrestee and "two sets of fingerprint cards, properly completed and mailed to the Tennessee bureau of investigation."
