Companion Bill SB3512. Abortion - Requires informed consent prior to an abortion; requires a period of reflection prior to an abortion; provides for an exception to regulation to protect the life and health of the mother; clarifies requirement that an abortion be performed by a physician. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 15, Part 2.
