Companion Bill SB2553. Sentencing - Expands the enhanced punishment for drug offense committed within 1,000 feet of school or park to five miles and provides that a person convicted of prostitution offense committed within five miles of school or park must serve minimum sentence imposed by court or 60 calendar days, whichever is greater. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 5 and Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 4.
