This bill requires the Tennessee higher education commission to promulgate rules for requirements of operating proprietary schools in Tennessee, including a requirement that each proprietary school disclose all pertinent information about the school's programs and courses to a prospective student immediately when discussing the school by telephone and to make such information available on the Internet.
