Relating to open meetings; defining certain terms; requiring any meeting of a
public body for decision or deliberation including executive sessions to be open
to the public and to comply with certain notice requirements, providing for
certain exceptions; providing for any rapid and successive (serial) meetings

violation of the open meeting law; providing for meetings performed by
