campaign committees, political funds or party units; regulating coordinated
electioneering communication contributions and expenditures, defining
electioneering communication and specifying certain reporting requirements;
requiring reporting of independent expenditures in excess of certain amounts,
time limits; establishing a work group to study the feasibility of creating an
online campaign finance reporting and public subsidy payment system and report
to the legislature by a certain date, specifying certain work group membership
requirements and requiring the board and the department of revenue to provide
staff resources to the work group
