industry covering the rights to adequate equipment; requiring employers to
provide an explanation of employee rights and duties including descriptions of
salary and benefit plans, position responsibilities, leave policies, work hours,
occupational hazards and an explanation of employee rights protected by state
and federal law including the rights to organize or refrain from organizing, a
safe workplace and be free from discrimination; requiring the commissioner of
labor and industry to develop and implement a strategy to provide adequate
notice and education to employees of rights and education on how to assimilate
into the local community
