To amend the Clean Air Act to extend the compliance period for persons subject to the renewable fuel mandate in the years 2008, 2009, and 2010. 5/5/2008--Introduced.
Amends the Clean Air Act to allow any person that is unable to generate or purchase sufficient credits to meet renewable fuel requirements to carry forward a renewable fuel deficit in calendar year 2008, 2009, or 2010 for three years in lieu of the one calendar year currently allowed.
