Water - Authorizes the legislative body of the municipality or county where a fire hydrant has been located by a utility to require the utility to paint each such fire hydrant at least once every five years and to select the color and type of paint to be used on the fire hydrants. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 13 and Title 68.
