Licenses - Prohibits the issuance or renewal of any business license to any person or legal entity until such time as it is verified by the issuing agency that the person to whom the license is being issued or renewed is a United States citizen. - Amends TCA Title 1; Title 4; Title 23; Title 50; Title 62; Title 63 and Title 67.
