Highways, Roads and Bridges - Authorizes the commissioner of transportation to paint markings on interstate and multilane divided highways that are three or more lanes in each direction to indicate that truck tractors and semitrailers should travel in the right lanes except to pass; priority to be given to highway segments of steep ascension, limited visibility due to weather conditions, or such other areas the commissioner deems appropriate. - Amends TCA Title 54, Chapter 1, Part 1 and Section 55-8-195.
