Insurance, Health, Accident - Prohibits health insurance entities from imposing copayment charges or deductibles and from placing limits on the number of patient visits or dollar amount on services received from a chiropractic physician that are higher than such copayments, deductibles, or limits that are imposed on medical doctors for same or similar diagnosed condition. - Amends TCA Section 56-7-2404. Fiscal Summary for HB3380 / *SB3837Increase State Expenditures - Not Significant Increase Local Expenditures - Not Significant Potential Impact on Health Insurance Premiums (required by Tenn.
