Divorce, Annulment and Alimony - Establishes that not only may a grandparent petition for visitation rights to a child when the child's father or mother are divorced but also when the child's father or mother are currently involved in divorce proceedings; requires that a temporary or permanent parenting plan provide for visitation time for a grandparent who has been awarded grandparent visitation rights. - Amends TCA Title 36.
