Divorce, Annulment and Alimony - Clarifies that a court may award attorney's fees and reasonable costs, including but not limited to reasonable and necessary court reporter expenses, investigator fees, expert witness fees, and deposition costs against either party in a divorce proceeding and allows either party to challenge the equitable distribution of the court's award by filing a motion to reconsider in the trial court within seven days from the date of the court's order. - Amends TCA Section 36-4-122.
