Companion Bill HB3386. Motor Vehicles, Titling and Registration - Permits a motor vehicle or motorcycle owner who will be out of state during his or her annual registration plate renewal month to apply for and receive early renewal if all other requirements for registration have been met. - Amends TCA Section 55-4-104.
