Companion Bill SB3405. Correctional Programs - Changes the prohibition from participating in work release from prisoners who have a prior conviction for a felony against person or property to prisoners who have been convicted of two or more felonies against person or property or any prisoner who has a prior conviction for an offense committed with a handgun or a sexual offense. - Amends TCA Section 41-2-128.
