Companion Bill SB3751. Consumer Protection - Provides that court to award liquidated damages in amount of $5,000 if consumer protection violation of selling used merchandise as new results in exposure of minor to material that is obscene or harmful to minors and exposure was foreseeable. - Amends TCA Title 47, Chapter 18, Part 1.
