Fiscal Summary for HB3375 / *SB3752MINIMAL Bill Summary for HB3375 / *SB3752 Under present law, a buyer is not bound by any health club agreement with a stated initial term greater than 36 months, unless the buyer is granted a right to cancel the continuing portion of the agreement on 30 days' notice. This bill increases from 36 months to 48 months the maximum initial term of health club membership agreements, which do not provide for cancellation of the continuing portion on 30 days' notice.
