Companion Bill SB3707. Privacy, Confidentiality - Prohibits most robo calls to phone subscribers who are on the Do-Not-Call Register maintained and enforced by the Tennessee regulatory authority; prohibits calls soliciting contributions or donations from such subscribers. - Amends TCA Title 47, Chapter 18, Part 15 and Title 65, Chapter 4, Part 4.
