Solid Waste Disposal - Increases membership of solid waste disposal control board from 11 to 12; adds person employed by private manufacturing concern with experience in management of solid wastes or hazardous materials to be appointed by the governor from a list of six nominees furnished by the Tennessee Manufacturers Association. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 211; Title 68, Chapter 212 and Title 68, Chapter 202.
