Fiscal Summary for HB3368 / *SB3235 Decrease State Revenue - Not Significant/Highway Fund Bill Summary for HB3368 / *SB3235 Present law places restrictions on the spacing, size, and lighting of outdoor advertising. When those restrictions were modified several years ago, the legislature enacted a provision whereby outdoor advertising in Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga that existed in conformity with prior restrictions was unaffected by the changes in restrictions.
