Companion Bill SB2974. Special License Plates - Revises amount of new specialty license plate revenue that arts commission may award in grants prior to distribution to urban and rural arts organizations from $393,600 to 50 percent of revenue collected for such plates. - Amends TCA Section 55-4-215.
