Companion Bill SB3819. Unemployment Compensation - Creates unemployment compensation fraud reporting incentive program, defines misconduct to include criminal conduct, requires loss of benefits for fraudulent conduct, punishes fraud in same manner as theft, limits number of unexcused absences or incidences of tardiness, and makes various other changes to unemployment security law. - Amends TCA Title 50, Chapter 7.
